Job requirements

You’ve got around 1–3 years of experience in sales analysis, planning, forecasting, or category management under your belt—and you’ve spent some of that time in the fast-paced world of CPG. You know your way around Excel (hello, V-lookups and Pivot Tables) and can pull together a killer deck in PowerPoint that tells a clear, compelling story. Along the way, you’ve dipped into data analytics, forecasting, or financial planning—and maybe even worked with the likes of SPINS, Nielsen, Numerator, or distributor data. And when it comes to understanding a P&L or thinking in retail math, you’ve got the basics locked down. You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, bring insights to life, and help shape the future of Tony’s with data that actually makes a difference.
