What you will do   
At Tony’s Chocolonely, we believe great chocolate (and great work) starts with great people and you’ll be the one keeping our choco-team happy, connected, and thriving! As our Office Champion, you’ll make sure our Hamburg office runs smoother than melted chocolate from managing supplies and onboarding newbies to creating an environment that feels like home (with better snacks). You’ll be the glue that holds our team together, the mastermind behind unforgettable events, and the friendly face everyone loves to see. No two days will be the same as you juggle surprises, collaborate across teams, and sprinkle a bit of joy into everything you do. We’re looking for someone proactive, organized, and full of energy, ready to take ownership and make things happen, Tony’s style. You'll report to our amazing Employee Experience Manager based in Amsterdam and join an international team of Office Champions based in Amsterdam, London, New York and Borsbeek, while working closely with all the colleagues based in Hamburg. 

All wrapped up   

• Keep our Hamburg office running like clockwork: supplies, groceries, restocks, IT coordination, and supplier management. 

• Help lead our exciting upcoming office move within Hamburg, turning a big transition into a smooth and positive experience for the team. You'll have the opportunity to shape our new office space and make it feel like home from day one.

• Create an inviting, well-organised, and very Tony’s environment that makes people love coming to work. 

• Plan and host unforgettable internal events, rituals, and celebrations that bring our team together. 

• Support onboarding and off boarding processes, ensuring every new Tony’s team member feels instantly welcome. 

• Partner with teams across the business to keep communication smooth, budgets on track, and everyone connected.

• A proactive, hands-on attitude, you see what needs to be done and just do it.  

• Strong organization and multitasking skills, you thrive on juggling, not just surviving.  

• You have great communication skills  and get energy from engaging with different stakeholders .You love connecting with people at all levels and know how to make everyone feel welcome, heard, and included.

• Experience in office coordination, hospitality, or event organization (or similar roles where you made things run flawlessly).  

• Comfortable with tools like Excel, email, Powerpoint and basic IT coordination.  

• Our office is your playground! This 0.5 FTE role (20 hours per week) is fully on-site, with Tuesdays and Thursdays fixed in the office. There are hundreds of things to do, people to connect with, and opportunities to make a difference every day.

But we also know chocolate won’t cover the bills, so we’ve made sure your salary is just as rewarding. For this  part-time role (20h/week)  that means an annual salary between €22k - €26k
