Office & Events Champion

  • On-site

Job description

Why we are here
Tony’s Chocolonely is committed to ending exploitation in cocoa. We are an impact company that makes chocolate, not a chocolate company that makes impact. With incredibly tasty chocolate, we lead by example, demonstrating that ethical practices and success can go hand in hand. Through Tony's Open Chain (TOC), mission allies like Albert Heijn, Ben & Jerry's, Jokolade, and Aldi have embraced a fairer, more transparent supply chain for their chocolate too.

What you will do
At Tony’s Chocolonely, we believe great chocolate (and great work) starts with great people — and you’ll be the one keeping our choco-family happy, connected, and thriving! As our
Office & Events Champion, you’ll make sure our UK office runs smoother than melted chocolate — from managing supplies and onboarding newbies to creating an environment that feels like home (with better snacks). You’ll be the glue that holds our team together, the mastermind behind unforgettable events, and the friendly face everyone loves to see. No two days will be the same as you juggle surprises, collaborate across teams, and sprinkle a bit of joy into everything you do. We’re looking for someone proactive, organized, and full of energy — ready to take ownership and make things happen, Tony’s style.

All wrapped up

  • Keep our London office running like clockwork: supplies, groceries, restocks, IT coordination, and supplier management.

  • Create an inviting, well-organized, and very Tony’s environment that makes people love coming to work.

  • Plan and host unforgettable internal events, rituals, and celebrations that bring our team together.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring every new Tony’s team member feels instantly welcome.

  • Partner with teams across the business to keep communication smooth, budgets on track, and everyone connected.

Job requirements

Our new flavor

  • A proactive, hands-on attitude — you see what needs to be done and just do it.

  • Strong organization and multitasking skills — you thrive on juggling, not just surviving.

  • A bubbly personality and great communication skills — you love connecting with people at all levels.

  • Experience in office coordination, hospitality, or event organization (or similar roles where you made things run flawlessly).

  • Comfort with tools like Excel, email, and basic IT coordination.

  • The office is your playground where you’ll spend Monday through Thursday. Yes, it is a 32-hour gig!

  • Believe wholeheartedly in Tony’s purpose. You live our core values: outspoken, in it together, entrepreneurial, raise the bar and makes you smile.

Our benefits (the icing on the cake)

At Tony's you will get the opportunity to be part of something extraordinary; first and foremost, by making a real impact in the world but also enjoying the nice benefits we provide as you help us succeed. We’re dedicated to enabling all Tonys to grow and develop their careers and therefore we offer training programs, regular feedback cycles, and coaching. We also offer a wide range of additional benefits, including a lunch at the office, minimum of 28 annual holidays, inspirational team updates, unforgettable quarterly events, and unlimited chocolate. But we also know chocolate won’t cover the bills, so we’ve made sure your salary is just as rewarding. For this role that means an annual salary between £29k and £36k

Sounds like you?

Are you passionate about making a difference in the world? Look no further! If you're ready to take the chocolate industry to new heights with us, we'd love to hear from you! Please send your direct application, no agencies. We can't wait to hear from you!

At Tony's we are convinced that diversity of thought, background and perspectives will make us stronger (...just like the different flavors of our chocolate assortment). Our mission is founded on principles of equity and justice, and we are actively seeking candidates who bring new perspectives and life experiences, especially from underrepresented groups. We look forward to your application!
