Junior B2B Sales Manager, UK

  • Hybrid

Job description

Why we are here
Tony’s Chocolonely is committed to ending exploitation in cocoa. We are an impact company that makes chocolate, not a chocolate company that makes impact. With incredibly tasty chocolate, we lead by example, demonstrating that ethical practices and success can go hand in hand. Through Tony's Open Chain (TOC), mission allies like Albert Heijn, Ben & Jerry's, Jokolade, and Aldi have embraced a fairer, more transparent supply chain for their chocolate too.

What you will do
We’re on the lookout for a commercially driven and entrepreneurial
Junior B2B Sales Manager to help shape the future of corporate gifting in the UK. As the appetite for meaningful gifting continues to grow, so does our opportunity to partner with businesses. You’ll focus on high-value corporate clients and strategic partners, while also managing and expanding a portfolio of existing accounts to drive repeat gifting, long-term success, and revenue growth - owning the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing and scaling.  As a key contributor to our B2B growth strategy, you’ll play a hands-on role in winning new business, strengthening existing relationships, and continuously improving our sales tactics and processes. You will be based in our Richmond office in London and report to our B2B Sales Manager.

All wrapped up, you will

  • Drive new business growth by owning the full sales cycle, securing high-value clients, and representing Tony’s at industry events.

  • Manage and grow strategic B2B accounts through forecasting, performance reviews, upselling, and client engagement, delivering your revenue targets and maintaining strong retention and account value.

  • Lead and grow reseller partnerships by securing new partners, managing the end-to-end commercial setup, and executing annual plans to drive profitable growth and industry visibility.

  • Optimise CRM and retention by collaborating on segmentation, email campaigns, and tracking tools to support smarter new business growth and client engagement.

  • Ensure operational excellence by coordinating product launches, updating sales assets, streamlining workflows, and driving continuous improvement across B2B processes and platforms.

Job requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within FMCG or gifting worlds.

  • Strong commercial acumen and account management skills with a track record of winning new business and growing key accounts.

  • Proactive and reliable: clients and colleagues trust you to show up, follow through, and get things done.

  • Skilled in CRM tools, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

  • Comfortable leading internal meetings and presenting performance data.

  • You are known for meticulous execution: every order, delivery, and detail is accurate and on time.

  • Revenue awareness and hunger to hit the numbers: you monitor performance on a regular basis and act on insights.

  • Eagerness to work in a fast-paced scaleup environment, bringing clarity and cohesion across diverse teams.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills in English.

  • We are all about being more in person than apart; this means we offer flexibility but see each other in the Richmond office on average 3 days a week. More is fine too!

  • Believe wholeheartedly in Tony’s purpose. You live our core values: outspoken, in it together, entrepreneurial, raise the bar and makes you smile.

Our benefits (the icing on the cake)

At Tony's you will get the opportunity to be part of something extraordinary; first and foremost, by making a real impact in the world but also enjoying the nice benefits we provide as you help us succeed. We’re dedicated to enabling all Tonys to grow and develop their careers and therefore we offer training programs, regular feedback cycles, and coaching. We also offer a wide range of additional benefits, including a lunch, minimum of 28 annual holidays, inspirational team updates, unforgettable quarterly events, and unlimited chocolate. But we also know chocolate won’t cover the bills, so we’ve made sure your salary is just as rewarding. For this role that means an annual salary between £38k and £48k. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer relocation support or visa sponsorship for this role.

Sounds like you?

Are you passionate about making a difference in the world? Look no further! If you're ready to take the chocolate industry to new heights with us, we'd love to hear from you! Please send your direct application, no agencies. We can't wait to hear from you!

At Tony's we are convinced that diversity of thought, background and perspectives will make us stronger (...just like the different flavors of our chocolate assortment). Our mission is founded on principles of equity and justice, and we are actively seeking candidates who bring new perspectives and life experiences, especially from underrepresented groups. We look forward to your application!
