What you will do

As IT Business Partner for Tony's Finance team you play a pivotal role in establishing and optimizing all financial IT processes within our organization. In this role you will contribute to the core of the business by ensuring these processes are not only effective and efficient, but also future proof. You will work closely with the finance team to understand their financial process needs and challenges and translate them into requirements for technical solutions which increase efficiency and reduce errors. You will work closely with external IT partners to ensure these solutions are implemented and all systems used by the finance team, such as the ERP system, are functioning optimally and are continuously improved. This includes identifying areas amenable to automation, designing and implementing technological improvements, ensuring these systems are accurate and reliable and that the finance team knows how to use the systems effectively.

You will focus on streamlining financial processes by integrating technologies which not only facilitate day-to-day operations, but also contribute to the organization's strategic goals. You do this by analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and developing robust IT solutions which address these inefficiencies.

All wrapped up

• Several years of experience in a technical finance role, for example working as financial IT/tech/product consultant.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV or similar ERP software.
• Eager to work as the link between IT and Finance.
• Ability to balance day-to-day operations with long-term strategic planning, ensuring that both immediate and future needs are met.
• Resiliency in a dynamic and fast-growing organization.
• Self-starting attitude with strong prioritization skills and continuous improver mindset.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing financial processes and tools.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Azure and ITIL.
• International finance experience is highly appreciated.

• We are all about being more in person than apart; this means we offer flexibility but see each other in the office in Amsterdam on average 3 days a week. More is fine too!
