  • Communicate inventory trends, forecasts, and updates with external 3PL partners as well as with internal Finance business partners.

  • Own inventory planning across our U.S. portfolio, ensuring optimal stock levels across Tony’s network of stock-holding facilities (3 DCs, co-pack, and ecommerce locations).

  • Build the US warehouse inventory replenishment plan using Jedox and/or other tools as needed and continuously monitor, and update based on data-driven insights.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track inventory health and support decision-making.

  • Identify and resolve inventory imbalances, excesses, and shortages. Flag risks, prevent out-of-stocks, and minimize waste.

  • Support new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions with inventory readiness and post-launch analysis.

  • Lead root cause analysis for inventory issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve inventory efficiency.

  • Continuously improve inventory planning processes and tools with a curious, solutions-first mindset, collaborating with IT/BI partners where needed.
