Interim Product Manager Bars, Benelux & Beyond (6-month assignment)
- Hybrid
Job description
Why we are here
Tony’s Chocolonely is committed to ending exploitation in cocoa. We are an impact company that makes chocolate, not a chocolate company that makes impact. With incredibly tasty chocolate, we lead by example, demonstrating that ethical practices and success can go hand in hand. Through Tony's Open Chain (TOC), mission allies like Albert Heijn, Ben & Jerry's, Jokolade, and Aldi have embraced a fairer, more transparent supply chain for their chocolate too.

You will make impact by driving conversion and revenue growth across its entire lifecycle and collaborate closely with our new product development team and wider Benelux & Beyond team. You will also oversee retail media (POS) and product campaigns and ensure alignment with customer- and shopper insights and market opportunities in Benelux and Beyond. You will report to the Head of Marketing, Benelux & Beyond and work together with a marketing team of 6 people responsible for the Benelux & Beyond markets.
All wrapped up, in this role you will:
Drive conversion: You are responsible for optimizing our bars’ assortment in retail, Tony’s online store, and out-of-home channels in the Benelux & Beyond region.
Analyze bars’ performance: You will analyze our sales numbers and interpret e.g. Nielsen & GFK data to understand shopper behavior and optimize our bars product portfolio accordingly.
Lead product and packaging renovation and innovation: Together with a cross-functional team you are responsible for developing the innovation roadmap for Bars in Benelux & Beyond focusing on innovations which help to increase bars revenue and drive brand awareness at the same time.
Develop and optimize trade marketing and POS communication: You own the retail media budget and optimize implementation: You will develop POS/trade marketing to increase conversion in collaboration with the Campaign Manager, Benelux & Beyond.
Collaborate across Tony’s: You will work closely with the Benelux leadership team, the global new product development team and the global creative team. You will also lead the local interdisciplinary product development project team which consists of sales, supply chain, category management, e-com and Out of Home team members.
