What you will do
We are looking for an interim Brand Campaign Manager, Benelux & Beyond for a 6-month period (April 1st – October 1st) to cover for a maternity leave. In this role you are responsible for creating and leading innovative brand campaigns that enhance Tony’s brand and mission awareness, drive issue advocacy, and translate into revenue growth in Benelux and Beyond markets. You are data-driven and focus not only on creative brand campaigns, but also on measurable consumer reach and engagement. You will work together with the global communication team, the local Benelux leadership team, and the global creative team. You will report to the Head of Marketing, Benelux & Beyond and work together with a marketing team of 6 people responsible for the Benelux & Beyond markets.
All wrapped up, in this role you will:
Drive top-of-mind brand awareness in the Benelux & Beyond markets: You are responsible for brand communication campaign calendar and budget, brief and lead awareness campaigns (in retail media) as well as integrate B2B (online) campaigns in the campaign calendar. You are responsible for the whole cycle from concept creation to production and activation, both translating global campaigns into local languages but also creating highly local campaigns based on local insights.
Build a strong and disruptive earned, owned and paid media strategy to build our online & offline awareness. Based on consumer and customer insights, you brief our media partner and choose the most effective media channels to reach our new and existing chocofans and optimize based on the results.
Analyze brand and consumer data and translate the findings into actionable next steps: Analyze campaign performance and brand tracking results and share the insights with the wider marketing team.
Build the local social media strategy and lead & coach our social media expert who’s responsible for implementing it.
Build a community movement of chocofans who share our chocolate and our story, including events, merchandising and partnerships strategy and execution.
Job requirements
Our New Flavour
Experience in building creative consumer product campaigns from scratch: 360° responsibility in earned & paid media and strong project management skills.
You know how to make the most out of smaller budgets: you know when it makes sense to partner with agencies and when we want to stick to working together with Tony’s own creative team.
Ability to develop and execute campaigns aligned with objectives, balancing creativity with revenue goals. You are a strong brand storyteller, but don’t forget that the numbers need to add up too.
Consumer, market trend and campaign performance data literacy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch & English as well as stakeholder management skills: Ability to work with and influence colleagues and decision-making at various levels of the organization and ability to create brand campaigns in Dutch.
Eagerness to work in a fast-paced scaleup environment and deal smoothly with the changes that come with a growing company.
