What you will do   

We’re looking for a Personalised Business Lead to join our digital team in Amsterdam! Your primary mission? Drive the growth of our personalised proposition, with a sharp focus on business and corporate customers—our largest and fastest-growing segment. 

As Personalised Business Lead, you’ll shape and execute our go-to-market strategy, ensuring our top markets (Benelux, Germany, UK, and US) have the right tools and direction to scale. You’ll own the development of our marketing, online experience, and portfolio, setting the stage for long-term success. 

Your role will be both strategic and hands-on—building a growth strategy and roadmap that enables markets to focus on execution. You’ll work with a market-leading personalisation product, ensuring we have a strong product roadmap to meet customer expectations across all markets for years to come. 

You’ll collaborate closely with market teams, our Global Digital Lead, and key global functions to drive success. You’ll report directly to the Digital and E-commerce Lead, who values collaboration, creativity, and strategic thinking.

All wrapped up: 

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for our personalised business, with a focus on B2B and corporate growth. You ensure our top 4 markets are hitting revenue targets with weekly sales updates and reporting. Spot growth opportunities and share learnings across teams. 

  • Develop and execute a growth roadmap, empowering market teams to scale efficiently. You build and maintain a rolling 3-year business plan that supports the growth ambition with a particular focus on corporate and business customers. 

  • Work cross-functionally with market teams, product, operations, and marketing to bring our strategy to life. You collaborate across the digital and ecommerce team, marketing, and design to build consistent communications. 

  • Enhance our marketing and online experience to improve conversion and engagement. You support the markets with process, technology, and tooling for lead generation. You will utilize a data-led approach and help teams build out effective funnel marketing through a clearly defined comms framework. 

  • Ensure a future-proof product roadmap, aligning with market needs and customer expectations. You develop insights from research and input from market teams to identify high-growth and sizable demand spaces. 

Job requirements

Our ideal New Edition 

  • Experience in managing and driving growth with a portfolio of global B2B clients within the FMCG industry. 

  • Experience in developing and executing tailored marketing strategies, including lead generation and nurturing, with a data-led approach. 

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 

  • You are keen to work from our Amsterdam office on a weekly basis at least 3 times per week.
