What you will do

As Field Sales Representative for Gothenburg, you are the face of Tony’s in your district. You build strong store‑level partnerships and ensure excellent in‑store execution across grocery stores. By activating national and local commercial plans, you strengthen Tony’s brand presence, improve shelf performance and directly contribute to sales growth and market‑share gains in your area.

• Build trusted relationships with store and department managers.

• Execute promotions, campaigns, NPD launches and secondary placements.

• Drive distribution, visibility and shelf share across your district.

• Improve sell‑out through strong activation and execution quality.

• Use Nielsen IQ and field tools to track performance and priorities.

• Set the benchmark for execution in top stores.
