We’re now seeking a Field Sales Executive to launch and grow our brand-new 90g PMP bar across the UK’s convenience wholesale channel. You’ll play a vital role in securing new listings with independent stores that will buy our product from Wholesalers like Booker, Spar, Parfetts, and NISA, scaling distribution, and driving strong relationships with independent store owners to ensure a successful launch and ongoing growth together with Benjamin, our Wholesale Manager who you will report to.

What you will do

Your number one goal is to secure new listings and scale the distribution of our exciting new 90g PMP bar in the convenience wholesale channel whilst maintaining our strong relationships with our strongest independent customers. This includes:

  • Field sales (majority within the M25) 3x week, using our existing store maps to generate daily routes to sell our new 90g PMP into convenience stores

  • Representing the brand to grow sales at depot shows/activations, telesales campaigns and building relationships with our Wholesaler sales teams

  • Hitting new business targets through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and effective negotiation with key decision makers.

  • Maintaining and nurturing relationships with our most important independent customers, making sure Tony’s remains their go-to chocolate brand.

  • Ensuring Tony’s products are always in the right stores and in the right spots to maximize visibility and sales.

All wrapped up, you will be responsible for:

  • Growing distribution in the convenience wholesale channel.

  • Managing existing accounts to boost range and sales.

  • Collaborating with the sales team to drive channel success.

  • Sharing insights on new products, promotions, and POS best practices.

  • Increasing brand visibility through impactful in-store displays and POS.

  • Supporting sales with line forms, promotions, and Salesforce updates.

Job requirements

Our ideal candidate

  • Proven FMCG sales or marketing experience (6 months–2 years), ideally in convenience or wholesale, with a strong track record of meeting targets.

  • Skilled negotiator, proactive in securing new listings and building lasting client relationships.

  • Organized and independent, managing multiple priorities including fieldwork, activations, and follow-ups.

  • People-oriented, able to build trust with diverse and initially skeptical customers.

  • Resilient and positive, thriving despite rejection motivated to work for an impactful challenger brand.

  • Creative thinker who innovates to delight customers and grow the business.

  • Able to commute weekly to our London office and travel up to 70-80% of the time to visit customers (of course we cover your costs).

  • You believe wholeheartedly in Tony’s purpose.
