Now we are on the hunt for an interim cover for our eCommerce Account Manager role in Amsterdam! This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on sales experience in a growing impact company, all while making a significant positive impact in the world of cocoa.   

Here’s what you’ll do 

The #1 goal of this role is to manage the outlined e-commerce commercial reseller strategy in the Netherlands. You will execute the strategy on assortment, merchandising, and promotions, while maintaining solid relationships with our B2C pure player accounts. 

You will be part of our Benelux sales team in Amsterdam and report directly to the E-commerce & Direct Sales Manager. 

All wrapped up 

  • Oversee and execute the e-commerce B2C reseller strategy. You will manage key reseller and gifting accounts such as Bol.com, Greetz, Hallmark, Topbloemen, and Kaartje2go. 

  • You will deliver professional account management with a smile and achieve maximum turnover growth to remain leading in this channel. 

  • Analyze the data from our regular and Easter seasonal sales and finetune growth strategies in preparation for our Sinterklaas and Christmas seasonal sales. You refine the assortment, maximize promotional slots and visibility placements, define new opportunities and manage smart media investments on Bol together with our marketplace agency. 

  • Manage our waste with key partners TooGoodToGo and Foodello. 

Job requirements

  • Experienced in developing and executing online sales strategies with key accounts within the FMCG industry. You have experience managing online (grocery/gifting/consumer product) resellers and/or marketplaces in the Netherlands. 

  • You’re a go-getter who can manage accounts and relationships smoothly, with solid business acumen and a commercial eye. You always aim to raise the bar for yourself, Tony’s and our competitors. 

  • You’re comfortable in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and like to do things differently 

  • Speak fluently both Dutch and English 

  • Raise the bar. You challenge yourself and Team Tony’s to increase our ambition and to accomplish our mission. Make mistakes along the way and learn from them.

Here are the hard facts:   

  • Starting end of April 2025, you'll be part of our Tony's team until the end of September (5 months’ fixed term contract on our payroll). 

  • We are all about being more in person than apart; this means we offer flexibility but see each other in our Amsterdam office on average 2-3 days a week. More is great too!

But we also know chocolate won’t cover the bills, so we’ve made sure your salary is just as rewarding. For this role that means a salary between €54-67k (including the 8% holiday pay) on an annual basis full-time, pro-rated to 5 months.
