Tony’s is an impact company that makes chocolate, not a chocolate company that makes an impact. And to drive that mission forward, our Benelux and Beyond team plays a key role in bringing Tony's directly to chocolate lovers through our web shop, marketplaces, and digital channels. 

From paid social campaigns to Sinterklaas product launches on Bol, our E-commerce team is where marketing meets operations. And that's where you come in. 

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Intern Benelux (Dutch speaking) to join our E-commerce team in Amsterdam. If you're excited about digital marketing, webshop management, CRM, and making chocolate lovers click "add to cart," this is your backstage pass. 

Here's what you'll learn: 

• Digital marketing. Support the preparation of visual assets for local paid social campaigns and learn how to coordinate timely delivery with our media agency. Learn about Paid Search by shadowing the team in analyzing search terms and keywords. Assist with drafting and reviewing ad copy and creative materials to understand how campaign performance is optimized across channels. 

• Customer relationship management. Learn to prepare and schedule email newsletters, including selecting customer segments, preparing content, and choosing the right banners for key moments (seasonal peaks, launches, promotions). Gain insight into customer lifecycle stages and help implement retention strategies like loyalty incentives and post-purchase communication. Support the creation of product brochures for seasonal or campaign moments. 

• Webshop management. Learn how to update and manage webshop content on Shopify CMS. Assist with the preparation and execution of seasonal campaigns (Sinterklaas, Christmas, Easter) and collect webshop performance data to understand how insights are formed. 

• Marketplaces. Learn how to activate products on Bol and check that product data is complete, correct, and up to date. Support the review of product titles, descriptions, packshots, and variations to improve visibility and conversion. Gain a basic understanding of e-commerce pricing by observing cost calculations (marketplace fees, fulfilment, shipping, product cost) and how pricing decisions contribute to sustainable margins. 

Here's what you'll do: 

You'll work across our digital channels with real ownership and tangible output. Here's what's on the table: 

• Easter Brochure: Create a seasonal Easter brochure highlighting all Easter-related products with clear, complete product information for resellers, driving visibility and sell-through. 

• Newsletter for Serious Friends: Support writing and sending a newsletter to our loyal customers announcing a new product launch, making sure the message is clear, engaging, and on-brand. 

• Bol Seasonal Listings: Ensure all seasonal products are listed on Bol on time with correct pricing, gathering the required packshots, lifestyle images, product content, and product information to create complete, high-quality listings. 

• Loyalty Mechanic Research: Research and document opportunities for Tony's to introduce a loyalty mechanic for our B2R customers. 

• Webshop Updates: Update our homepage and collection page tiles to reflect current marketing campaigns for seasonal items or new product launches. 

Job requirements: 

• You're studying E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field. 

• Dutch language skills are mandatory for this role, as you'll be working on Benelux-facing campaigns, copy, and customer communications.

Here are the hard facts: 

• Starting on 1 February 2027, you'll be part of our Tony's team for 6 months. 

• We are all about being more in person than apart; this means we offer flexibility but see each other in our Amsterdam office on average 3 days a week. More is fine! 

• You'll be living in the Netherlands and enrolled in a school for the duration of the internship.

• You'll have 14 vacation days over the six-month period, and we'll provide you with a monthly €550 internship allowance for a full-time (40h) internship.
