Your expertise in spotting trends, growth opportunities and spinning this into compelling stories that you deliver with impact will help us to stay ahead of the curve and increase our presence in the UK chocolate market. You’ll manage all our UK category data (including budgets) and turn it into killer insights, that will not only help our sales teams in developing Tony's brand in key customers, but also to continue to grow the category and help benefit the entire cocoa value chain. Win win!
You will be reporting directly to the MD for the UK&I and have one Category Executive line report.
What you will do:
- Manage all our UK data and insight sources, reporting systems and contracts, enabling us to make the right decisions. You will manage the budget for our UK insights.
- Turn this data into actionable insights for all UK teams and to keep all key stakeholders informed of our relative performance in the market.
- Your data and insights will see us close distribution gaps and move ahead of the competition.
- Regularly update the team with recommendations to facilitate the growth in the UK choco-market. You’ll be spotting the trends before they happen!
- Bring strong arguments across, whether it's internally, externally, in person or in writing. You’ll regularly present to senior stakeholders across the trade.
- Monitor Tony's business performance to spot opportunities and risks and help work up plans to seize on them.
- Help Tony's to shape and deliver the best NPD, pricing and promotional strategies, always keeping the business plan and goals in mind.
- Work across the global team to help share insights and learnings, so we adapt and work towards a shared category vision.
