What you will do
We are now looking for an interim B2B Sales Support to join our team in London for a 7-month period (July 21st - February 21st) to cover for a maternity leave. In this role your #1 goal is to support the sales team in achieving our personalised bars sales targets. You will play a key role in delivering our B2B customers exceptional customer experience that turns them into loyal business partners and brand ambassadors. We’re looking for a customer service expert who has the affinity to go above and beyond in coming up with customer-centric solutions. Your tailored approach and commercial mindset ensure fostering long-term relationships and driving growth with our existing and potential customers. You will be a crucial part of the UK sales team and report to the B2B Sales Manager UK&I. This is a unique opportunity for a professional who wants to leave their mark and real impact at a high-growth, purpose-led business.
All wrapped up, you will be responsible for
Providing exceptional customer experience: You are the go-to person for customer questions and needs, and you’ll ensure our B2B customers are happy, potential complaints are addressed in a timely manner, and that our B2B customers feel supported throughout the sales journey.
Sales operations: You will make sure the day-to-day operations are running smoothly by being responsible for sales aftercare. You’ll work closely with our printing partner, serving as their primary point of contact to address inquiries, providing timely updates, and ensuring seamless coordination and flawless delivery for our B2B customers.
Managing inbound queries and converting them into sales opportunities: You’ll proactively gain an understanding of our customers’ needs to uncover opportunities as well as guide them through our offering and support them in placing orders on our website.
Identifying opportunities for growth: With your business acumen, you spot promising commercial opportunities and pass them on to the sales executives to help drive channel growth.
Becoming a Tony’s expert: You’ll learn to master every aspect of our products, services, and mission, to confidently answer customer questions using Tony’s tone of voice. You will represent Tony’s at relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events to showcase our personalised bars.
Job requirements
Proven track record in similar customer facing sales and commercial roles.
You bring joy to every interaction – whether it’s solving a problem or making a recommendation, you leave our customers with a smile and a sense of being truly cared for.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a knack for building genuine, lasting connections with customers.
Solid time management and organisation skills. Your attention to detail and process-mindset ensures seamless order management and customer satisfaction.
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track the sales cycle and communicate with customers.
You believe wholeheartedly in Tony’s purpose.

You are keen to work either fully from our Richmond office or in a hybrid set-up with at least 2-3 days a week from the office.
