What you will do
We are now looking for a new B2B Sales Executive to join our team in London. In this role your #1 goal is to scale our personalised chocolate bar business by acquiring new customers and manage existing relationships across the UK market. You will have the exciting opportunity to shape and grow the B2B business for one of the most disruptive and innovative companies in the chocolate industry.
We are searching for someone with a proven track record in sales and account management who can take our revenue targets to the next level. You will do this by building a network of corporate clients through a variety of sales strategies, such as networking, events, and implementing cold outreach techniques. You’ll also be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts. You'll have the opportunity to work with a market-leading personalisation product - our custom wrapper for our delicious chocolate bars - and ensure stellar customer experiences to turn our clients into loyal business partners.
You will be a crucial part of the UK sales team and report directly to the B2B Sales Manager UK&I. This is a unique opportunity for a sales superstar who wants to make their mark and real impact at a high-growth, purpose-led food business.
All wrapped up
New business acquisition. You will manage the entire sales cycle by researching and identifying leads, engaging with potential clients, closing deals, and maintaining strong post-sale relationships. Take the lead in developing your own innovative strategies, such as sampling campaigns and events, to win new businesses.
Account management. You manage a portfolio of key accounts, identify upselling opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions to meet each client's unique needs.
Leverage leads. Have a 360-degree customer approach by working closely with marketing, customer service and other sales functions to monitor all channels and leverage leads for maximum impact.
Evaluating and reporting. You are all about smashing your sales targets and you approach sales opportunities with a strategic mindset, prioritising high value activities with the maximum impact. You evaluate and report frequently on sales and paid media KPIs and seek opportunities for improvement.
Participate in events. You actively identify and represent Tony's at industry-specific trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events, targeting key sectors to raise awareness of our personalised offerings. You share the Tony’s story with authenticity and showcase our products as the preferred option for corporate solutions.
Job requirements
Our ideal New Edition
Proven track record of exceeding targets in a sales role, ideally by selling consumer goods in the B2B industry. You get energy from driving growth and winning new customers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire customers with storytelling.
A customer-focused approach and demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional experiences. Your attention to detail ensures seamless order management and customer satisfaction.
Solid numerical skills. You can swiftly interpret, and act based on data and insights.
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales cycles, manage customer communication, and identify opportunities for growth.
You work collaboratively with the other departments, seeking opportunities for cross-collaboration.

You are keen to work either fully from our Richmond office or in a hybrid set-up (at least 2-3 days a week from the office).
