Job description

B2B Ecommerce Associate

Tony’s Chocolonely exists to make 100% Exploitation Free the norm in chocolate. Not only our chocolate, but all chocolate world-wide! Our main mission is to fight for equality and fairness – it inherently affects how we aspire to do business. We’re crazy about chocolate & serious about people.

At Tony's Chocolonely, our custom wrapper program enables consumers and businesses to create custom designed wrappers for our signature chocolate bars. These products provide a unique way for companies to showcase their brand, celebrate milestones, strengthen client relationships, and create memorable gifting experiences.

As part of the B2B Team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our custom wrapper business by supporting the achievement of revenue targets while delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience. You will serve as a key point of contact for prospective and existing business customers, helping transform inbound inquiries into successful sales opportunities and long-term partnerships.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of B2B customer activities, including lead management, sales support, account management, order coordination, and customer service. By understanding customer needs and providing proactive, tailored support, you will help maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

What you will do:

  • Manage and qualify inbound B2B leads and own the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through first custom wrapper order.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business customers, driving retention, repeat purchases, and lifetime value through upselling, cross-selling, and recurring orders.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service across all custom wrapper touchpoints: managing quotes, orders, artwork approvals, and delivery coordination while resolving issues and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience.

  • Identify and develop new revenue opportunities through customer segmentation and outbound prospecting campaigns across email, LinkedIn, sampling, and other channels.

  • Partner with CRM, Communications, and internal teams to optimize the customer journey, execute targeted campaigns and seasonal launches, manage custom wrapper templates, and support digital product development and merchandising initiatives.

Job requirements

  • 3+ Years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or ecommerce, preferably within a B2B, CPG, or corporate gifting environment.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly, present solutions clearly, and keep customers confident and informed in fast moving, high-changing environments.

  • Experience coordinating customer orders, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring a high standard of accuracy and service throughout the customer journey.

  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms to manage customer relationships, track opportunities, maintain pipeline accuracy, and generate insights.

  • Proven ability to manage leads through the full sales cycle, from qualification and customer discovery to conversion and account growth.

  • You find creative, practical solutions even when processes aren’t fully built, and you thrive in environments where you need to figure things out as you go.

  • You build strong, lasting customer relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service.

  • You take initiative, move quickly, and tackle challenges with energy and accountability. You proactively solve problems, follow through on commitments, and seek opportunities to improve results.

  • You bring enthusiasm, urgency, and ownership to your work, thrive in a high‑growth environment, and contribute to building processes—not just following them.

  • You treat the sales channel like your own business, take accountability for results, and consistently look for ways to improve performance.
