Now we are on the hunt for an interim cover for our Global Campaign Manager role in Amsterdam! This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on marketing and communications experience in a growing impact company, all while making a significant positive impact in the world of cocoa.  

Here’swhat you’ll do

The #1 goal of this role is to create awareness of Tony’s brand and mission in 4 key markets – The Netherlands, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany. This role is responsible for Tony’s product campaigns, overseeing the product campaign and content strategy.  Other product marketing workstreams include developing and executing a strategy to build taste perception of Tony's products with shoppers and consumers, streamlining and improving the campaign process, and project communication with key stakeholders. This role is the go-to person for product campaign/marketing-related inquiries, as well as for our owned global social strategy.

  • Overseeing and executing the roll-out of our newly developed culinary identity and strategy to improve taste perception of Tony's products in key markets.  

  • Increasing awareness of taste related attributes by launching appealing global campaigns and tasty product communications across markets to drive consideration to trial. 

  • Strengthening shopper marketing execution. 

  • Leading seasonal and product campaign strategies and processes. 

  • Supporting campaign development for the next global product launch. 

  • Be the key point of contact across the entire company for product campaign communications strategy and any product communications related requests. 

  • Be the key point of contact across the entire company for our owned global social strategy, ensuring strategy implementation and usage of tracking tools.   

  • Ensure engagement and involvement of all different stakeholders and build internal momentum behind campaigns and tasty product communications. 

  • Work hand in hand with internal creative team and external agencies throughout concepting and creative production process. 

  • Work hand in hand with product team for all product marketing workstreams.  

  • Be the guardian of the brand whilst keeping an overarching view on content, ensuring consistency on all channels and throughout all campaigns. 

  • Be the budget owner of the product campaign and product content production budget. 

Job requirements

  • You have proven strong results in project management and solid stakeholder management skills.  

  • Bigger picture thinking: you understand the wider marketing context and are able to apply that in all your work to get the most effective results. 

  • Agility: you have the ability to deal quickly with changes.  

  • You are strategic but also have the ability to work on execution if needed. 

  • You have an understanding of challenger brand marketing or scale up experience. 

  • You have significant experience in marketing and brand management/communications roles. 

  • You are fluent in English. 

  • Raise the bar. You challenge yourself and Team Tony’s to increase our ambition and to accomplish our mission. Make mistakes along the way and learn from them.

Here are the hard facts:  

  • Starting mid-February, you'll be part of our Tony's team until mid-September  

  • We are all about being more in person than apart; this means we offer flexibility but see each other in our Amsterdam office on average 2-3 days a week. More is great too!
