What you will do
Now we're looking for a new Creative Designer to join our team in Amsterdam! In this role your main goal is conceptualize and deliver high impact, innovative packaging concepts and digital content creatives for our social media, campaigns, and multi-platform activations. You’ll bring your bold ideas to life, inspiring engagement and winning the hearts and minds of chocolate lovers everywhere.
As part of Tony’s global creative team, you’ll report to the Head of Creative and work closely with our teams across markets (the US, UK, Benelux, DACH, and Nordics). You’ll be our in-house creative guru, shaping concepts and designs that make waves both globally and locally.

Create compelling creative concepts that align with briefs and business goals, presenting multiple innovative solutions that fit with Tony's brand vision.
Create and refine standout designs for packaging, social media, email marketing, web assets, and broader marketing materials, ensuring they're on-brand and on time.
Tailor your work for a range of platforms and devices while keeping visual consistency and user experience exceptional.
Work together with internal teams and external partners to align on creative strategies, offer feedback, and elevate every project to new heights.
You stay ahead of the curve regarding emerging design trends, cultural movements, and market shifts, keeping Tony’s at the forefront of creative innovation. You use market insights to create outputs that resonate with target audiences, enhance campaign performance, and drive measurable business results.

You have a proven track record of producing quality creative concepts and digital content in a commercial setting.
You live and breathe design, always seeking out emerging trends and fresh inspiration to keep your ideas sharp and forward-thinking. You love pushing creative boundaries and exploring new tools, techniques, and approaches.
You thrive in collaborative environments, inspire those around you, and contribute to the team’s collective success.
You are a proactive and adaptable problem solver, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing and growing environment.
You’re fluent in English and know how to articulate ideas and strategies clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
You are keen to work from our Amsterdam office on a weekly basis at least 3 times per week.
