What you will do 

We are now looking for a new B2B Sales Support to join our team in London. In this role your #1 goal is to support the sales team in achieving our personalised bars sales targets. You will play a key role in delivering our B2B customers exceptional customer experiences that turns them into loyal business partners. You will have the exciting opportunity to shape the B2B business for one of the most innovative companies in the chocolate industry. 

We’re looking for a customer service specialist who has the affinity to go above and beyond in coming up with customer-centric solutions. Your tailored approach and commercial mindset ensure fostering long-term relations and driving growth with our existing customers.  

You will be a crucial part of the UK sales team and report directly to the B2B Sales Manager UK&I. This is a unique opportunity for a professional who wants to make their mark and real impact at a high-growth, purpose-led business.   

All wrapped up 

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences. You are the go-to person for customer needs, and you’ll ensure our important B2B customers are satisfied, address any complaints, and provide tailored support where needed – always with a touch of our Tony’s personality. 

  • Sales operations. You will make sure the day-to-day operations are running smoothly by handling sales aftercare. Collaboration and attention to detail are essential in this role. You’ll work closely with our print partner, serving as their primary point of contact to address inquiries, provide timely updates, and ensure seamless coordination and flawless delivery for our b2b customers. 

  • Manage inbound queries and convert them into sales opportunities. You will proactively understand customers’ needs to uncover opportunities. You’ll guide them through our offering and support them in placing orders on our website.  

  • Identify opportunities for growth. With your business acumen, you spot promising commercial opportunities and pass them on to the sales executives to help drive channel growth. 

  • Becoming a Tony’s expert. You will learn to master every aspect of our products, services, and mission, to confidently answer customer questions using Tony’s tone of voice. You will represent Tony’s at relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events to showcase our personalised bars. 

Job requirements

Our ideal New Edition 

  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences in a customer-facing role with sales and commercial acumen  

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build solid relationships with customers. 

  • Solid time management and organisation skills. Your attention to detail and process-mindset ensures seamless order management and customer satisfaction. 

  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track the sales cycle and communicate with customers. 

  • You believe wholeheartedly in Tony’s mission. You live our core values: outspoken, wilful, entrepreneurial and makes you smile.  

  • Raise the bar. You challenge yourself and Team Tony’s to increase our ambition and to accomplish our mission. Make mistakes along the way and learn from them.  

  • You are keen to work either fully from our Richmond office or in a hybrid set-up (at least 2-3 days a week from the office).
