We have ambitious plans and potential for the future and are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be shaping that future with us. The #1 goal of this role is to attract and hire the most qualified, diverse, and motivated talent to build engaged and high-performing teams for Tony’s globally.

You will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions as we are growing our teams and impact. With your splendid sourcing skills, you will bring the best and most diverse talent to our pipeline and be a true partner to the hiring teams in markets, such as the US, UK, Germany, as well as our local team in the Netherlands.


In addition to this, we are in search of someone who wants to bring their experience and passion to make Tony’s the employer of choice globally. You will play a vital part in building and strengthening Tony’s unique employer brand and work with the team to make sure that this is embedded and translated into our recruitment strategy.

What you will do:

  • Lead the full cycle recruitment processes from the initial strategy meetings to negotiating offers in our global, fast-growing organization.
  • Proactively source to bring the most suitable and diverse talent to the business.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with hiring managers and business partners across the organization to promote collaboration and transparency. Actively educate hiring team members about the unbiased hiring process and interviewing techniques.
  • Act as a true talent advisor and business partner in the selection process, providing guidance and influence over hiring decisions and process improvements.
  • Go the extra mile in delivering personable, memorable, and enticing candidate experiences in a true Tony's way. Make people smile and feel engaged in every step of the recruitment process.
  • Leverage data to identify opportunities to improve our processes. Share external best practices that help us always raise the bar and elevate our hiring practices.
  • Collaborate with the teams in designing and executing a creative and best-in-class employer brand strategy, so we can continue attracting engaged talent across the globe.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a scaling, international, and fast-paced environments.
  • You have extensive experience in identifying, finding, and engaging with top talent. Your proactive sourcing efforts have led to successful key hires across the business in commercial roles.
  • You hold recruitment best practices including sourcing, selection, interviewing, inclusive hiring and employer branding, with the ability to transfer this knowledge to hiring teams and colleagues. You are a true business partner and deliver the best solutions and strong results.
  • You gather, analyze, and draw insights from data that allow you to make objective and well-informed decisions.
  • You have strong initiative and solid project management skills and act independently and swiftly to drive initiatives.
  • We are all about being more in person than apart; this means we offer flexibility but see each other in the office on average 3 days a week. More is fine, too!
