We are looking for a new  Customer Care Specialist (Chocofan Caretaker) to join our team in Amsterdam. Your #1 goal is to be the first point of contact to our beloved customers and chocofans and to offer positive customer experiences in a true Tony's way. You ensure to give each chocofan the best possible support to their question regarding orders, products, Tony’s brand, mission, and more.

We’re looking for a customer service specialist who has the affinity to go above and beyond in coming up with customer-centric solutions. Your creative and caring attitude will drive impact by building brand love and fostering long-term relations and trust with our customers. You will be an essential part of our Customer Care (Choco Experience) and E-commerce teams and report directly to the Customer Success Lead. This is a unique opportunity to join a revolutionary team making serious impact in the chocolate industry!

What you will do:

  • You ensure that our chocolate fans and e-commerce customers (B2C and B2B) receive exquisite customer support via email, (choco)phone, WhatsApp, or our social channels.
  • You actively drive impact when building relations with customers. Your positive attitude and willingness to help ensures that Tony’s either becomes or remains as their favourite chocolate brand.
  • You manage the daily workload as an active member of the Customer Care team.
  • You will innovate on customer journeys and process improvements. Together with your team members you share creative ideas regarding online community building.

Job requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role where the communication is done primarily via email or phone.
  • Ideally experience using a CRM system, such as Salesforce.
  • Customer-orientation; you aim to deliver each customer a personal experience and approach every situation with positivity and patience.
  • Fluent communication skills in Dutch are a must to be able to communicate seamlessly with mostly Dutch-speaking customers. Good communication skills in English are required to be able to communicate with the international Tony’s team.
  • We are all about being more in person than apart; this means we offer flexibility but see each other in the office on average 3 days a week. More is fine!
