Tony's Chocolonely is an impact company that makes chocolate. We are committed to ending exploitation in cocoa, together. Now we're looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Amsterdam! In this role your #1 goal is to make sure our sales processes in the export and travel retail channel are running as smoothly as possible to support accelerating brand awareness and business growth.

You get to be working within the beyond markets, which are our international export markets. These include Spain, France, and Portugal, as well as markets across the globe, such as Israel, Japan, Dubai, Australia and New Zealand. You will support the account managers by coordinating the sales administration and working directly with our distributor partners.

You will be an essential part of our Beyond sales team and report directly to the Sales Lead – Export and Duty Free Travel Retail. We are growing rapidly, so this is an exciting opportunity to join in shaping the future of the cocoa industry!


What you will do:

  • You manage the sales administration process, including maintaining order, product, and customer information, as well as updating sales tools and analyzing data.
  • You implement and execute promotional planning, sampling, and visibility strategies.
  • You develop trade marketing activities and processes for impactful designs, ordering, stocking, and packing of marketing materials. You collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure solid execution on trade.
  • You will build solid relationships directly with our existing and new distributors and partners. You keep them fully updated about the product portfolio, presentations, and our impact commitment, so they are well equipped to sell Tony's effectively.
  • You are a true connector between our internal teams, export partner, and distributors for sharing insights of the right trade tools, visuals, and presentations. You aim to improve efficiency and processes to achieve higher revenue, profitability, and impact.

Job requirements

  • Relevant experience in a customer-focused position (such as sales or marketing support, customer service). You are experienced in building strong customer relationships and delivering high quality customer-centric solutions.
  • Experience in working with Excel to create and analyze (sales) reports.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • You get energy from planning, organization of tasks, and accurate administration.
  • You have a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset to innovate creative solutions to seize new opportunities.
  • You are proactive and take on responsibilities with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm.
  • Fluent communication skills in Dutch and good communication skills in English to be able to communicate seamlessly with Dutch and English-speaking customers and the international Tony’s team.
