We're looking for a Foodservice Sales Executive to join our UK team based in London! The #1 goal of this role is to boost our presence and distribution in the OOH (out of home) channel, with a specific focus on foodservice locations. From coffee shops to universities, office spaces to entertainment venues, health care and beyond, you'll be the driving force behind securing new listings and increasing visibility for Tony’s Chocolonely.

You get to persuade key decision makers in target places to list Tony’s, as well as educate them on our mission and the brand. You are the eyes and ears for Tony's at ground level, always seeking new and exciting opportunities.

We are in search of someone whose charm, entrepreneurial attitude and passion for the food world will make us look like the number 1 brand! This role is part of the UK sales team and reports to the Foodservice Manager.


Are you ready to raise the bar with us? This is what you'll do:

  • Identify and win new customers in the Foodservice channel that fit well with Tony’s mission. You’re always on the hunt for new opportunities securing listings in the foodservice channel and increasing awareness of the brand amongst catering managers as well as students.
  • Supporting existing businesses through samplings, creating WOW moments at site level, and increasing visibility through POS and displays.
  • Assist with new line forms, promotional submissions and implementations with a meticulous eye for detail. You also get to attend and help with trade shows.
  • Actively seek to learn from the outside so that we stay fresh and relevant knowing what is going on outside of Tony’s towers.

Job requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing roles focused on driving new client acquisition, with bonus points for experience within the food & beverages industry!
  • Track record of achieving results and finding creative ways to overcome challenges. You take on new opportunities with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Time management, setting priorities and organizing tasks are like a piece of (chocolate) cake for you.
  • You are confident and efficient in your communication and enjoy building long-lasting relationships with external customers.
  • We are all about being more in person than apart. This means we offer flexibility but see each other in the office on average 3 days a week. More is fine!
